一起花木场经济损失农业司法鉴定案例分析

This paper analyzed a case of agricultural judicial identification on the economic loss of a destroyed 2 hm2 land-scaped field due to bargain dissension , and introduced the assessment methods and technical basis of direct economic loss and the future 16.67 years’ expected economic loss, which provided legal evidence for the objective and impartial cognizance of court .%　　分析了一起因合同纠纷引起的2 hm2花木场经济损失的农业司法鉴定案例，介绍了现实经济损失和未来16．67年预期可得利益损失的评估方法和技术依据，为法院客观公正审理案件提供了法定证据。
