根据磷酸钠的化学性质及测定原理，结合磷酸钠含量检测研究领域的最新研究成果，综述了近年来磷酸钠检测方法的研究成果并比较了各种检测方法的优缺点，为食品及复方药物中磷酸钠添加及其残留量的检测提供准确、快速、操作简单的方法。%According to the chemical properties of sodium phosphate and determination principle , in combination with the latest research achievements in the filed of sodium phosphate content detection , the author summarizes the research advance in the meth-ods for the detection of sodium phosphate in recent years , and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various detection meth -ods, in order to find accurate , fast and easily-operated methods for the residue detection of sodium phosphate in food and com -pound medicines .
