摘要

This article reviewed the industrialized exploitation course of Lumianyan series of transgenic -Bt insect-resistant cotton varieties in the past 15 years, including the industrialized exploitation modes (common licensing, monopolistic licensing, and competitive tender and auction ) , industrialized exploitation measures ( using the enterprise as a carrier to accelerate the industriali-zation of research achievements;taking the base as a guarantee to ensure the quality of fine seed production ;promoting the extension of cotton varieties through demonstration based on the research projects;strengthening the training of service to ensure that the tech-nology is in place;strengthening the work of safeguarding rights to optimize the business environment ) , and the scale and effect of the popularization and utilization of these cotton varieties .%综述了鲁棉研系列转Bt抗虫棉产业化开发15年的历程，包括产业化开发模式（普通许可、独占许可、竞标拍卖）、产业化开发的措施（以企业为载体，加快成果产业化；以基地为保障，确保良种生产质量；以项目为依托，通过示范促进推广；加强培训服务，确保技术到位；加强维权工作，优化经营环境）以及推广应用的规模及效果。
