双孢蘑菇生产研究进展及生产技术体系组建的设想

摘要

综述了国内外双孢蘑菇产业的发展现状和秸秆栽培双孢蘑菇的优势，针对目前国内双孢蘑菇生产存在的问题，提出了建立具有特色的双孢蘑菇工厂化生产技术体系的设想。%This article reviewed the current situation and research progress of cultivating Agaricus bisporus at home and abroad , and analyzed the advantages of culturing A.bisporus by using wheat stalk as medium .Aiming at the existing problems in the produc-tion of A.bisporus in China, the author put forward some ideas about establishing the characteristic industrialized production technol -ogy system of A.bisporus.
