极性水物理调控对毕节烤烟农艺性状及生理生化的影响

         

摘要

为了提高毕节烟区植烟土壤的保水、保肥能力,调节烟草干旱时对水分的需求,减少干旱胁迫对烟草的影响,研究了极性水物理调控对毕节地区烤烟农艺性状及生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,T2处理和T3处理能使烟株的农艺性状更好,从旺长期到现蕾期烟株高度分别增加了53.4、63.1 cm,到圆顶期烟株茎围分别为9.4、10.0 cm,不同保水剂处理的烟株节距均较短,T2处理和T3处理的烟株最大叶面积较大;增施保水剂的可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸和叶绿素等抗旱指标和净光合速率指标均较高,尤其是T2处理和T3处理。%In order to improve the abilities of holding water and conserving fertilizer of soil in Bijie, regulate the demand of to-bacco for water under drought condition, and reduce the effects of drought stress on tobacco, we studied the influences of polar water physical control on the agronomic traits and physiological and biochemical indexes of flue-cured tobacco in Bijie.The results showed that the agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco in treatments T2 and T3 were better than those in the control.In T2 and T3 , the plant height of tobacco from vigorous stage to budding stage increased by 53.4 cm and 63.1 cm respectively, and the stem girth of tobacco plants in dome period was 9.4 cm and 10.0 cm separately.The pitch of tobacco plants in various water-retaining agent treatments was relatively short.The maximum leaf area of tobacco plants in both T2 and T3 was bigger than that in the other treatments.Such drought-resistant indexes as soluble sugar content, free proline content and chlorophyll content, as well as such photosynthetic inde-xes as net photosynthetic rate of tobacco plants in the treatments of applying water-retaining agent ( especially T2 and T3 ) were rela-tively high.
