烟叶成熟度与品质关系及其影响因素研究进展

摘要

There is a contradiction between the many inventory backlog of domestic tobacco and the import of a large number of high-quality tobacco for a long time.The primary reason for the contradiction is the lack of maturity in domestic tobacco leaves . Maturity is the major factor affecting the quality of tobacco leaves in China , and it significantly affects the tobacco appearance quality, physical property, chemical constituent and sensory quality, and finally determines the industrial usability of tobacco leaves.More and more researches have focused on the improvement of tobacco maturity by various methods .Therefore, this article summarizes the relationship between tobacco leaf maturity and tobacco leaf quality in the world , analyzes the factors affecting to-bacco maturity in China, and discusses the prospects of domestic tobacco maturity improvement.%长期以来我国烟草行业存在着国内烟叶库存积压过多，而优质烟叶需要大量进口的矛盾，导致这种矛盾的根本原因是我国烟叶成熟度不够。烟叶成熟度是影响当前我国烟叶品质的首要因素，显著影响烟叶的色、香、味及化学性质、物理性状、内在品质，最终决定其工业可用性。成熟度研究已经成为当前我国烟草科研的重点领域之一。为此，本文就国内外烟叶成熟度与烟叶品质的关系进行了综述，分析了当前影响我国烟叶成熟度的因素，并就改善我国烟叶成熟度的前景提出了展望。
