大丰市耕地规模利用效益评价研究

摘要

Taking Dafeng City as an example to construct scale of cultivated land utilization benefit evaluation index system, using principal component analysis method and analytic hierarchy process ( AHP ) integrated weight to determine weight value, calculating the scale using comprehensive benefit value in the township of Dafeng City, seeking the reasons for the differences of scale benefits of cultivated land, and put forward suggestions on how to optimize.The results show that: ( 1) there existed big difference in the land scale using among the towns of Dafeng City and in the level of comprehensive benefit value.( 2) According to the analysis of cultivated land comprehensive utilization benefit value, the natural, social and economic conditions for the scale of cultivated land utilization benefit existed a strong influence, the high development level area of natural, social and economic ex-isted the higher arable land use benefit and existed radiation effects on other areas of cultivated land utilization benefit.%以大丰市为例，构建了耕地规模利用效益评价指标体系，运用主成分分析法和层次分析法综合集成赋权确定权重值，计算了大丰市各乡镇耕地规模利用综合效益值，并寻找了耕地规模效益存在差异的原因，提出了优化建议。结果表明：（1）大丰市各镇的耕地规模利用水平差异较大，综合效益值大小存在很大的差异；（2）就对耕地规模利用综合效益值分析来看，自然、社会经济条件对于耕地规模利用效益有着强烈的影响，自然、社会经济发展水平高的地区耕地规模利用效益水平较高，且会对其他地区的耕地利用效益有辐射作用。
