以3年生茶树品种"龙井43"为对象,研究了施用不同浓度的乳酸菌制剂对茶树生长和茶叶品质的影响.结果表明:施用乳酸菌制剂对茶树的生长及茶叶品质均具有良好的促进作用,其中对茶树株高、茎粗以及茶叶茶多酚、氨基酸含量的促进效果表现为肥水比1:500处理>1:300处理>1:700处理,对单叶最大面积、茶叶咖啡碱含量的促进效果表现为1:500处理>1:700处理>1:300处理.%The effects of applying different concentrations of lactic acid bacteria preparation on the tree growth and leaf quali-ty of 3-year-old tea (Camellia sinensis)variety"Longjing 43"were researched. The results indicated that the application of lac-tic acid bacteria preparation had good promoting effects on both the tree growth and the leaf quality of tea tree. The promoting effects of applying different concentrations of lactic acid bacteria preparation on the plant height,stem diameter,and the contents of tea polyphenol and amino acids in tea leaf revealed the following sequence:the treatment of 1:500 (fertilizer-water ratio)>the treatment of 1:300 > the treatment of 1:700. The promoting effects of applying lactic acid bacteria preparations on the maxi-mum single-leaf area,and the caffeine content in tea leaf showed the following order:the treatment of 1:500 > the treatment of 1:700 > the treatment of 1:300.
