基于河北省盐山县143个农户的调查数据,建立了二元Logistic回归分析模型,对农户的土地流转意愿及影响因素进行了实证分析.研究发现,农户对农地的流转意愿总体上比较强烈,愿意进行土地流转的农户在调查中占有较高的比重;农户进行土地流转的意愿受家庭收入来源、文化程度、家庭年收入、对土地的认知、政策等多种因素的影响.针对土地流转中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策和建议,以期促进农地流转的有序进行.%According to the data of sampling investigation on 143 farmers in Yanshan county,Hebei province,the author conducted an empirical analysis of farmer's land circulation willingness and its influencing factors by building binary Logistic re-gression analysis model. It was found that most of farmers generally had a strong willingness to circulate rural land,and they occu-pied a high proportion in the investigated farmers. The farmer's land circulation willingness was influenced by many factors,such as family income source,educated degree,yearly family income,cognition to land,and policy. Aiming at the existent problems in rural land circulation,this paper put forward some suggestions for promoting the orderly circulation of rural land.
