海上丝绸之路与移民--兼论中国历代政府对中外移民的管理

摘要

The Maritime Silk Route was a sea-lane of communication and trade between China and foreign countries in ancient times.In addition,it was a bridge of cultural exchanges and a road of immigration as well.For China,there were some Chinese migrating to foreign countries,also some foreigners came to China and settled down.Generally speaking,however,the Chinese government did not encourage and support Chinese to migrate overseas,while keeping an open-minded attitude to foreigners'migration into China.%海上丝绸之路是古代中国与外国交通贸易的海上通道，它不仅仅是一条贸易通道，还是文化交流的桥梁，也是一条移民之路。对于中国来说，既有中国人移民海外，也有外国人移民中国。总体来说，中国历代政府不鼓励、不支持中国人移民海外，对于外来移民持较开放的态度。
