族群文化多样性在民族建构中的价值及其合理性——威尔·金里卡多元文化主义理论述评

摘要

多元文化主义是当代国外关于民族建构的一种思潮,核心在于追求少数族群的文化公正.通过多重的公民身份来建构出一种更为平等、公正的族际整合方式,从而促进现代民族国家的一体化过程.其代表性人物威尔·金里卡提出要正视族群文化在个人与国家发展中的重要价值,对由族群身份造成的社会不公正现象要加以弥补,避免造成国家与族群矛盾的激化.对多元文化理论的价值及其限度进行分析,可以对我国的民族一体化进程提供借鉴.%Multiculturalism is a kind of thought about national construction, the core of which is to seek cultural justice of minorities.A more equal and fair way of ethnic integration can be constructed through a kind of multiple citizenship as to promote the integration of modern nation-State.Will kymlicka, a representative figure of multiculturalism, he proposed that we should face up to the important value of ethnic culture in the development of individuals and the State, and make up for the social injustice caused by ethnic identity to avoid the intensification of the contradiction between the State and the ethnic groups.The analysis of the value and limitation of multicultural theory can provide experiences and lessons for the process of national integration in China.
