The unification of history and logic is the basic methodology of Marx's theoretical research,but few people ask about the philosophical foundation for the unification of history and logic and how to apply this principle in the process of understanding and mastering Marxism. Due to the lack of such a theoretical premise,many later Marxist textual studies have more or less devia-ted from this principle,resulting in the distortion and misunderstanding of Marxism. Clarifying this principle of methodology and its philosophical foundation,summarizing the biases existing in the text interpretation in the past,and analyzing how to unite his-tory and logic with Marxist textual research will help us to accurately grasp the theoretical essence of Marxism,and scientifically understand new situations and new problems emerging in the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and enrich the times connotation of Marxism.%历史与逻辑相统一是马克思进行理论研究的基本方法论原则,但是却鲜有人追问历史与逻辑得以统一的哲学基础,以及如何将这一原则具体应用于理解把握马克思主义的过程中.由于缺少这样一个理论前提,导致后世许多马克思文本研究都或多或少背离了这条原则,对马克思主义产生歪曲和误解.阐明这一方法论原则及其哲学基础,总结以往文本解读中存在的偏颇,分析如何将历史与逻辑具体统一于马克思文本研究,有助于我们准确把握马克思主义的理论本质,科学认识新时代中国特色社会主义出现的新情况和新问题,丰富和发展马克思主义的时代内涵.
