An analytic approach to the calculation of user benefits of intelligent transportation systems.

摘要

The primary objective of the research effort was to develop a systems procedure for the calculation of user benefits resulting from the implementation of ITS technologies. A modeling procedure is presented and case studies are described. An additional Bayesian sensitivity analysis model is developed and implemented. Significant findings and interpretations are documented in addition to delineation of emerging areas of further research.
