Nuevo Modelo Dinamico de Colaboracion Empresarial en un Contexto de Red Social de Negocios.

Maturity models allow organisations to improve their processes through a specific roadmap in different areas such as project management, suppliers' management, technical validations, etc. In the global market where Internet has turned into a transforming media within the social and business fields that promotes large-scale interoperability, organisations have seen the necessity of cooperating among them in order to be more competitive. In this context, scientific community and industry as well as several institutions have defined different maturity models oriented to the collaboration and interoperability for specific sectors in some cases or more general in others; models that need an implementation and adaptation depending on the size or characteristics of the involved enterprises. This doctoral thesis contributes to this problematic with a new dynamic collaboration model to allow process oriented organisations define their own success collaborations, independently from the sector, size or role played. This model is based on the use of an standard adopted by the OMG (Object Management Group) for the representation of vocabularies and business rules which is called SBVR (Semantics of Business Vocabulary and Business Rules) and on a new tool developed with ANTLR (ANother Tool for Language Recognition) that includes a semantic, syntactic and lexical analyser in order to interpret the rules defined with this standard. Furthermore, so the dynamic model can be enriched and evolved on the basis of the success cooperation coincidences in the enterprises, it is implemented a comparison process for the SBVR vocabularies in order to establish their similarity.;The empirical validation of the dynamic collaboration model definition through the SBVR standard has been carried out taking into account multiple enterprise cooperations in five different scenarios: joint ventures, subcontracting, headquarters opening, strategic alliances with organisations of the same sector and strategic alliances as a partner, while the validation of the SBVR vocabulary comparison process through more than 200 SBVR rules.;As a general conclusion, the proposed definition of this dynamic collaboration model represents an innovative alternative to the classic implementation so the new concepts related to the social networks (organisations are prosumers) of the Internet information systems and the future Web 3.0, where the knowledge not only is published, but also is interconnected (comparison of the SBVR rules allow the dynamic model be evolved), can be adopted. Thus, the applicability of the model is based on the sharing of knowledge to: learn from other experiences, since organisations can benefit from the knowledge obtained in collaborative experiences of other companies; improve the collaborative processes, due to the fact that the model is oriented to the good practices improvement between different organisations not only in what must be done, but also in how must be implemented; establish new collaborations , owing to the definition of how the collaboration is conducted for determined contexts since it facilitates new initiatives together to organisations that works similarly but never have cooperated before; evolve with time, because the dynamic model is composed by those collaborative good practices that are more extended in the industry due to the similarities found in the comparison process. So, what in a determined moment is considered as a good practice, in the future might not be since there are other collaborative experiences that have more coincidences and, hence, replace the previous ones in the model as a reference. This new dynamic collaboration model evolves in function of the contributions and it does not maintain static.
