Determining the political behaviors of foreign leaders at-a-distance.

The problem. The purpose of this study was to examine the specialized psychological methods applied in evaluating the personalities and political behaviors of world leaders, as well as to assess the role of political profiling in the formulation and conduct of foreign policy, diplomacy, and conflict management.; The methodology. The study employed primary and secondary data sources for quantitative, qualitative, and comparative analysis of historical and contemporary United States intelligence assessments formulated based on psychoanalysis of foreign at-a-distance.; Results. The study showed the importance and use of political profiling as a viable and essential intelligence gathering and disseminating tool in threat assessment and summit planning in support of policymaking goals and ambitions.
