摘要

中国和日本是邻国,自1972年和我国建交以来贸易量也在逐年增加,迄今为止中国已经成为日本最大的贸易伙伴国,而日本则为中国第二大贸易伙伴国,是最重要的双边关系之一。尽管中国和日本都隶属于亚洲国家,但是仍然有诸多文化差异,忽视差异可能会影响到谈判的进程以及预期的结果,并且会带来交际障碍。因此本文就跨文化视角下对中日贸易进行分析并且对两国谈判人员谈判策略进行对比和研究。 本文首先对文献进行了回顾,包括文化、谈判、交际障碍等概念进行了阐述,并对语言相关性、跨文化谈判、等方面已经开展的广泛研究进行了较为详细的回顾。本文所采用的研究方法主要为定性以及市场调查的研究方法。通过比较研究,作者总结出中日文化差异及其差异所导致的不同的中日商务谈判策略并最终得出结论。期望此研究为中日商务谈判人员提供借鉴。
