巴基斯坦和中国小型企业绿色供应链的实施比较研究

摘要

这项研究的目的是识别巴基斯坦小型企业中产生的精益和绿色废物，并推荐适当的废物减少方法和技术来消除浪费，即实施绿色供应链。有三家巴基斯坦公司被考虑在这份报告中。这是对巴基斯坦小型企业实施绿色供应链管理(GSCM)的解释性研究和一个简单的定性案例分析。主要数据是通过个人访谈收集的。在此过程中，通过使用合适的精益工具和方法，可以对精益废物进行识别，最终处理的废物是绿色废物。巴基斯坦小型企业所采用的处置方法表明了它们对环境的关注程度。因此，建议业界采用一个全面的精益环保模式，包括精益环保废物减少技术，亦有助于实现精益环保的商业成果。
　　巴基斯坦的小型企业需要可持续发展，因此，必须鼓励人们对绿色产品的认识和需求。企业应初步提高精益和绿色供应链管理的知识，并在其制造企业中采用兼容的实施/实践供应链的方法。政府为实施这一概念提供资金和推广知识的概念是必要的。小规模企业在经历了浪费的情况下，必须整合精益生产实践绿色供应链，精益生产的实施将为绿色供应链管理提供一条新的途径。
　　论文中提到的中国研究清楚地说明了绿色供应链的概念是如何在他们的组织中实践的，与巴基斯坦的小型企业相比，中国的企业更关注环境问题。
