网络字幕翻译从出现以来，便引起了许多学者的注意。不同学者从不同方面对其进行了研究。本文将结合比较文学中经常出现的创造性叛逆理论，探讨创造性叛逆是如何指导网络字幕翻译的。
　　本文首先将分析网络字幕翻译的目的、特点和困难来揭示，并指出网络字幕翻译的优势与特点为创造性叛逆提供了发展空间，以及创造性叛逆可以用来解决网络字幕翻译中的困难。其次，本文将详细探讨创造性叛逆，尤其是在其指导下的翻译方法，并指出创造性叛逆是如何具体为网络字幕翻译提供理论支持的。接着，本文将选取近年来大热美剧《马男波杰克》的人人字幕组英汉字幕翻译为研究对象，详细分析创造性叛逆在这部剧中的体现，并指出《马男波杰克》翻译的不足之处。
