关于美国环保署丽莎·杰克逊施政演讲文稿的模拟英汉口译实践报告

摘要

本报告是关于美国环保署的施政演讲的英汉模拟口译项目报告。笔者通过对该项目的翻译过程和译文案例的分析，重点探讨小型口译项目中译者需要注意的几个问题：如何进行口译前的准备；如何通过语言转换技巧实现译文的交际功能，以达到译文的准确性、易懂性和流畅性；如何保证翻译质量和翻译任务的完成；如何加强译员的责任意识。
　　在报告中，通过对演讲者的目的和语言定位的分析，笔者提出了此类译文应该达到的基本要求，即实现演讲类文本的思想性、信息性和说理性。同时，在翻译过程中，通过词义的选择，具体与笼统化，叠译等翻译技巧以及对句群的拆分和整合来确保译文的准确流畅，并通过使用推理和预测技巧，来保证译文的质量。
　　笔者认为，译员需要对翻译涉及的跨专业、跨文化和语言的交流活动的全面理解，重视翻译项目的准备和实施的各个环节，寻求原文目的和功能在译文中得以实现，再现原文意义。本报告旨在处理此类文本和独立完成项目这两方面，为口译工作者提供参考、借鉴。
