中澳少数民族语言教育对比研究

摘要

少数民族语言教育作为影响多民族国家地区政治稳定、经济发展的重要因素，一直都是民族问题的重中之重。政府通过发展少数民族语言教育提高少数民族整体素质，促进其提高自力更生能力，使之适应社会的发展。
　　中澳两国都是多民族国家，有必要发展少数民族语言教育。在过去的几十年里，澳大利亚各级政府、教育家、语言学家致力于制定和实施各种政策，促进少数民族语言教育的发展。因此，研究澳大利亚少数民族语言教育既具有学术价值，又有益于中国各级政府从中汲取成功经验，发展和制定符合中国国情的少数民族语言教育政策。然而，国内对其相关研究集中于语言和文化，涉及语言教育的语言政策和语言规划以及某些少数民族地区的个案研究，对中澳两国少数民族语言教育的对比研究并不多见。因此，本研究会填补此空白，希望在进一步了解少数民族语言教育研究的同时，为其增添新鲜血液。
　　本文以社会语言学中语言政策和语言规划为理论框架，采用文献法、描述法和对比法，研究中澳两国政府为发展少数民族语言教育所制定的政策，采取的措施，分析两国少数民族语言教育的特点及问题。最后，总结澳大利亚在这一领域的成功经验并提出启示，为中国发展少数民族语言教育制定更好的政策，采取更实际的措施提出拙见。
