《2016年全球就业状况和社会前景——青年就业趋势》汉译项目报告

摘要

本报告是基于对World Employment and Social Outlook--Trends for Youth2016（《2016年全球就业状况与社会前景——青年就业趋势》）的翻译实践活动撰写而成的。该文本为国际劳工组织官方发布的全球性就业趋势报告。项目源语文本语言简练，逻辑清晰，层层推进，全方位地展现了全球青年就业现状。
　　根据德国翻译学家莱斯(Reiss，K.)的文本类型理论的划分，该文本为典型的信息型文本。莱斯在理论中对不同文本类型提出了相应的翻译要求和策略，其中，信息型文本应注重对信息的传达，译文应与原文保持语义上的对等。本项目报告主要呈现在翻译中问题的发现和解决，为信息型文本翻译提供一定的参考。
　　本项目报告首先介绍了项目的背景;其次，在对项目源语文本分析时，译者引入莱斯的文本类型理论，分析文本结构、语言特点。在翻译过程中，译者根据信息型文本的特点和翻译要求，注重总结和分析遇到的重难点:引用的大量数据、频繁出现的术语和缩略语，以及文中大量使用的主从复合句。通过对背景知识的学习，翻译理论技巧的应用，译者对翻译中遇到的重难点提出不同的解决方法:在数据翻译处理中，应保持数据的准确性和逻辑性;对于常见术语和缩略语采用遵循惯例原则，对不常见的则参考平行文本得出最佳中文对等词;在主从复合句的翻译中，译者根据不同情况，分别采用不同的句法翻译技巧，包括分句法和倒序法。最后，作者对项目进行总结，提出翻译建议。
