摘要

MiRNAs are small non-coding RNAs involved in fine-tuning of gene regulation.MiRNAs are short, about 21 nucleotides in length, non-coding, regulatory RNA molecules representing a new layer in post-transcriptional gene expression regulation.MiRNA 142-3p has important role in erythropoiesis and its regulation so in our study we try to find exactly miRNA 142-3p role in the regulation of erythropoiesis and find miRNA142-3p target in Haematopoiesis.Over expression of miRNA142-3p caused significantly decrease in erythropoiesis and blood formation but in the same time miRNA-142 knockdown embryos had significantly fewer myeloid progenitor cells and expanded erythroid progenitor cells, and this confirms that miRNA 142-3p essential role to determination of myelo-erythroid progenitor cell fate in vivo.
