摘要

中学外语教师的教研能力对其专业化发展起着非常重要的作用。课例研修基于课堂实践,能有效提高教师的教研意识和能力。
  本文以2013年“国培计划”——河北省农村中小学教师置换脱产研修项目为背景进行了关于课例研修对中学英语教师教研能力提高的实证研究。在建构主义理论、反思性教学理论、团体动能理论、成人学习理论等相关理论的基础上,结合《义务教育英语课程标准》(2011年版)的内涵与要求,对参加3个月培训的85位农村中学英语教师进行了研究,采用了课堂实录、问卷,访谈等工具。通过分析调查问卷和培训教师的教案以及访谈,探讨课例研修对中学英语教师的教研能力是否有积极的影响。
  数据分析结果表明,培训教师在培训期间不仅在教学理念而且在教学方法上均得到了提升。课例研修对教师的教研能力有帮助。但是此次实证研究也反映出三个问题:首先,课例研修对于培训教师来说是一种比较新的教研形式,所以教师们还不能很熟练地将其运用于自己的教学实践中去。其次,被培训教师的专业水平各异,一些理论性的培训课程不适合某些教师。最后,关于中学英语教师教学研究能力有待进一步追踪研究。
