Today's enterprise supply chains have become much more complex - requiring greater agility, more collaboration, and a higher degree of response than ever before. A sound supply chain strategy and business framework enables organizations to flex and respond to business changes quickly with lower costs. In this paper, we model enterprise supply chain as multi-objective optimization problem on graph, propose a heuristic method for finding a set of high-quality diverse sub supply chains, and design a biased hill-climbing algorithm. This method has obviously optimized enterprise supply chain strategies through a set of experiments.
