An Empirical Analysis of Efficiency of Information-based Business Supply Chain Management in Enterprise

The ceaseless development of information technology results in the shift of inter-enterprise competition to inter-supply-chain competition. The analysis of efficiency of information-based supply chain management in enterprise is of great importance to the enterprise's existence and further development. In this thesis the DEA model has been used to build a model for evaluation of efficiency of supply chain in enterprise and applied for an overall and thorough analysis of efficiency of information-based supply chain management in 9 supermarkets of Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province.
