Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVBs) in US has played a pivotal role in both local and regional tourism marketing in the US. Historically, it relies heavily on brochures and other traditional media for tourism marketing and information distribution. With the advent of the Internet and its related technologies, CVBs have realized that time has come for them to take advantage of the new opportunities presented by the new technologies. This paper takes a closer look at one of these CVBs on how it has responded to the new technological changes. This case study should provide valuable information to those tourism marketing organizations in the under-developed world in terms of how to respond to the technological changes that the tourism industry faces every day.
