The paper, basing on the analysis of current transmit device and capability of Tianjin Railway Hinge and requirements to support the local economy s constantly-development, explains the ways of upgrade and renovation of present railway technology and equipment to achieve the jumping-development in the whole hinge. As well, some crucial issues that would be implemented in this reformation process have been raised in a creative way in the thesis.
