The Design and Application of a Pulse-jet Baghouse Equipped in the Dust Removal System for a Dry-extinguishing Coke Process

摘要

This paper states the principle and the construction features of a 4460 m~2 pulse-jet baghouse, combining its design and application in the dust removal system for a dry-extinguishing coke process. Filter bags of 165 mm diameter are arranged in a compact space compared with bags of 130 mm diameter. In accordance with the phenomena of ragged filter bags and dust overfilled bags in the operation beginning, the problems have been found and solved by taking effective measures, the dust removal system has been run in stability, high efficiency for more than 3 years.
