Technology innovation network is a network for knowledge diffusing in essence, knowledge recipient builds a mapping to entity through inter-organization learning. Many obstacles make the entity diffuse its knowledge to the recipient(s) partially. This paper proved that there can be generalized synchronization between two agents in diffusion system with the analysis on synchronization manifold in advance. Considering the diffusion effect, following items are concluded: the recipient with high absorptive capacity can master more knowledge, the knowledge gap between entity and recipient is small after the diffusion process; the diffusion process can't occur when the initial potential energy is large. Generalized synchronization of diffusion system cant fully diffuse in the entire network having long diffusion path, thus the recipients in vicinity of the entity can master relevant knowledge.
