In this paper, the novel technique of using electrokinetic phenomenon for precise material removal was presented. The work demonstrated the influence of the electric field frequency on the material removal rates. By varying the frequency of the electric field, it provided a degree of control over the electrokinetic material removal process. The technique allows precisernmaterial removal without the limitations of most traditional approaches.
