DEVELOPMENT OF CAPP/CAM SYSTEM FOR ULTRAPRECISION MICROMACHINING

摘要

To carry 3-D micromachining automatically, the study develops fundamental CAPP/CAM system for micromachining. The study develops tool posture decison method in multi-axis control machining, considering tool length and distance of tool posture change. The potential of realizing CAPP/CAM function for micromachining is confirmed by simulation.
