In this article we have successfully demonstrated the fundamental spectral noise limitation of thermistors by estimating the amplitude spectral density. The experimental result shows very reasonable agreement with the simulation results and implies a potential of microkelvin precision temperature measurement for the gravitational wave detection missions, which requires 30 μK/(Hz)~(1/2).
