THE CURRENT STATE OF ART IN ULTRAPRECISION CUTTING TECHNOLOGY IN JAPAN

摘要

With regard to 5-axis control ultraprecision machine tools, the current state of art in Japan is introduced, together with a machined result of a small inducer as an example of a very complicated shape. From now on, the ultraprecision mechanical micromachining technology is actively engaged in this field.
