摘要

The experiments on researching of colloidal silicarnformation in hydrothermal solution, precipitation andrnutilization of precipitatied material were done. Silicarnwas precipitated by addition of coagulants, such asrnlime, salts of metal, sea water, by electrochemicalrncoagulation, by filtration through membrane filtersrnand by freezing of dispersed solution. Physical andrnchemical characteristics of precipitated material wererndetermined: concentration of impurities, specificrnsurface area, density of surface hydroxyl groups,rnreflectivity of light by the surface, oil absorptionrncapacity. Methods of utilization of precipitatedrnmaterial in different industries were developed: 1) forrnaddition to portland cement for increasing concreatrnstrength; 2) for production of sorbent for purificationrnof nature and industry waters from oil products; 3)rnfor production of sorbent for gas chromatografy; 4)rnfor liquid glass production. On the base of obtainedrnresults technology of precipitation of silica withrnrequired properties was developed. Precipitation ofrnsilica will increase the efficiency of hydrothermalrnheat carrier using generating of additional electricrnand heat energy and by production of amorphousrnsilica material which can be utilyzed in silicate,rnchemical and other industries.
