When we study a class of randomized competitive location model of E-business logistic distribution center problem, the theory, the method and technology on the multi-subject knowledge are needed. Especially the system engineering methods and application probability are the most important ones, because the randomized competitive location problems include many uncertain factors, such as, uncertain demand, people choose behavior etc. When the randomized competitive location problem is studied, large amount of uncertain data are needed to deal with. As the randomized competitive location problem always has a large and complex scale, we need more advanced data-processing technology, math calculation methods and computer technology. There have been some researches in these fields or related fields. In the field of competitive location model, Jain,A.K. and Mahajan, V. (1977) studied evaluating the competitive Environment in retailing using Multiplicative Competitive Interactive Model. Karkazis, J. (1989) gives a review about Facilities location in a competitive environment: A promethee based multiple criteria analysis. Marianov, V., Serra, D., et al (1999) posed a problem about Location of Hubs in a Competitive Environment. Drezner,T. and Drezner,Z.(2002) studied A threshold-Satisfying Competitive Location Model. In the field of randomized location model, Zhou, j. (2000) develops a modularized approach for uncapacitated facility layout problem with stochastic demands. Logendran, R..,& Terrell, M. P. (1988) studied Uncapacitated plant location-allocation problems with price sensitive stochastic demands. Jian Zhou, Baoding Liu (2003) develop a hybrid intelligent algorithm for new stochastic models for capacitated location-allocation problem. In this paper, in section 2, we have discussed the state of the models in competitive location problem and given the competitive location model we needed. In Section 3,we have introduced randomized location model. In Section 4,we have studied randomized competitive location model, and a quantitative approach to determine the distribution center is derived. Meanwhile knowledge of mathematics is involved.
