Formation, structure and properties of BN fullerene materials

摘要

Boron nitride (BN) nanocapsules with gold, iron oxide germanium and boron nanoparticles are expected as quantum electronic devices, superparamagnetics, luminescence device and solid-state lubricant [1-5]. BN fullerenes and NB nanotubes are expected to electronic devices, high heat-resistance semiconductors and insulator lubricants [6-8]. The purpose of the present work is to prepare and discuss these BN fullerene materials. To fabricate and analyze these materials, arc melting method and HREM were performed.
