Japanese Teacher's Regular Flow System is not Applicable to Implement Immediately in China

摘要

Different scholars hold various ideas about the serious situation of choosing basic education in China. Of all the ideas available, most of the scholars are in favor of the Japanese Teacher's Regular Flow System in order to solve imbalance of the basic education in China, thus enhancing the balanced development of basic education and realizing the education fair. However, Japanese Teacher' s Regular Flow System is not applicable to implement immediately according to the following aspects: the identity of teachers, the current situation of China, the payment of teachers, the characteristic construction of schools and the enhancement of managerial level.
