Learning through Teaching, Teaching Benefits Teachers as Well as Students-How to Make Use of Classroom as a New Teacher

As a new teacher, after a one-year platform practice, I have had some experiences and feels. This article is mainly based on the teaching of "modern labor economics" and "principles of economics", from the " learning through teaching, teaching benefits teachers as well as students" point of view, discusses teaching materials, classroom teaching, teacher-student communication , as well as scientific research. How to grasp the classroom teaching, while making myself more progress in teaching, a good beginning in scientific research, and how to let teaching and scientific research promote each other, these are my goals as a new teacher.
