摘要

Under the background of increasingly intense human resource competition, business and management education, due to its practical and applied discipline nature, would not judge the students merely by academic records. For business and management students, the evaluation result of his or her quality would guide the college life and the further career development of his or hers and therefore plays a crucial part. On the basis of Western and Chinese literature on competence, this paper discusses the composition of competence qualities of an excellent business and management major student. By using the Competence Model and AHP, the author constructs an overall quality evaluation indicator system for business students, forming a system of 1 goal layer, 5 criteria layers and 27 indices. This paper proposed the combined use of AHP, Fuzzy analysis and Accurate measures (A-FA) to better solve the evaluation problems and construct an evaluation system that is suitable, applicable and user-friendly for the evaluation of business and management college education.
