摘要

A new high energy density compound 3, 4-di (ntrofurzano) furoxan (DNTF) was prepared a few years ago in our laboratory. But the preparation raw materials cost of it was high up to 1600 RMB /Kg which was not suitable for scaling-up and production. So it is important to reduce the preparation raw materials cost of DNTF. This paper introduces the molecular and crystal structures of DNTF, discusses the parallel reaction mechanism of intermediate 3amino-4-acylchloroximinofurazan and thermodynamics and kinetics behaviors of the intermediate 3, 4-diaminofurazanofuroxan (DATF) in detail, and emphasizes one low-cost down to 270 RMB/Kg preparation technology suitable to scale-up to production of DNTF which satisfy the demand of weapons projection.
