Risk Management in Hi-tech Human Resource Development and Demand Forecast Based on Survey in Anhui, China

摘要

The government of China had promulgated the 'Constructing the Innovational Nation' policy since 2005. Enhancing the capability of independent innovation and building an innovation-oriented country has become a major strategic objective. Under this background, developing the high-tech human resources (HR) and industries, promoting the economy of Anhui has become a consensus. According to current technology and demand of economic development of Anhui, this paper took high-tech enterprises, research institutes, and universities in Anhui as study objects, used comparison and classification methods to analyze the development actuality and forecasted the demand and changing tends of high-tech HR based on the survey, in order to provide decision-making supporting for high-tech HR development strategy of Anhui Province.
