In project management, contractors' claims arebeneficial methods to improve their economic benefits. Pivotal stepof claim is to analyze the on-going claim event. This paper, firstly,has established two fuzzy matrixes on the relationships betweenclaim events and expenditures to claim causes independently.Secondly, the relationship has been analyze directly betweenclaim causes and expenditures through combing with thesematrixes, then, looking out the key factors in accordance with thegoing events. Finally, an conclude is made from all of these analysiswhich also is the premise to prepare for a true and detailed claimreport.
