摘要

The WTGS blades of low wind rates are being used widely.And the blade designer always uses the software as BLADED or PHATAS to simulate the reality operation depending on IEC or GL criterion.But in special condition such as pitch faults,there is not a credible result in the simulation,and it is yet obvious in flexible blades.As a result,the design limitation will be brought in.Terribly,it may beget great economic loss.This paper concludes a method which can simulate an exact and comprehensive WTGS operation state when the blades are in stall or there are pitch faults.
