摘要

The main shaft system transfer drive torque and support the generator in the main drive system for direct-drive wind turbine,different design of main shaft system has different characteristics.Through the comprehensive consideration of the factors affected the main shaft system,include the shaft performance,bearing performance,manufacturability,maintenance performance,cost and other factors,every indicator is normalized comprehensive assessment by analogy method and other methods,and then the optimal design objective is determined based on the assessment results,as a result,all of main factors achieve a balance through several iterations.Actual design results show that this design and assessment method has practical engineering significance,provide a more systematic solution idea for the development of direct-drive wind turbine.
