The structure of traditional textile industry takes the form of grading organization which has a great limitation. With the advancement of modern information technology, serious challenges stand in the face of the traditional textile industry. Introducing the status of traditional textile corporations, this article is written to put forward one of the best modes—E-commerce mode, by analyzing the disadvantages of organization structure, production and management mode, and market in the old textile corporations. The relation of textile corporations is strengthened by E-commerce mode, resulting in lower cost and higher economic benefit. In new situations, combining advanced E-commerce mode with the traditional modes will reform the operating system effectively and improve the synthetic competence greatly in textile corporations. Along with the development of the internet and communication, China, a big country exporting textile products, is facing more vigorous competition than ever after the affiliation of WTO. On the other hand, the huge textile market draws the attention of the production and trade companies of other countries, and they will capture China's market with their advantages of scientific management, advanced techniques and thoughtful service. In the age of information technology, our traditional textile enterprises are facing up with severe challenge. It is a new problem how to take the opportunity, change the old managing mode, and link it with the new network and correspondence to meet the demands of the new information times, which is a new subject for the textile staff members of our country to solve.
