DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF SERIES DIGITAL SIUB DEVICES

摘要

This paper introduces the Design and Development of the new series digital slub devices which can be used in the ring-spinning and rotor-spnning machines. It has four characteristics: 1. full digital design, it mainly consists of industrial control computer and high precision AC servo motor. 2. network function, it can be connected with the local area network for central control. 3. utility software, it also supply a CAD and simulation software for fabric appearance effect woven by slub yarn. 4. wide applicability, it can be used for traditional machine alteration and new machine design. 5. optimized alteration, practical multi-functions and advantageous HMI for parameter input. Some key technologies in the design are also discussed.
