ONE-BATH, ONE-STAGE DYEING OF MICRO-POLYESTER/RAMIE BLENDED

摘要

Conventionally, a two-bath, two-stage process of dyeing is employed to dye the blends of polyester and cotton. This process wastes energy and suffers from more water and long time working. In order to reduce dyeing circle time and save energy, we practice to use disperse/reactive dyes by one-bath, one-stage process to treat Polyester/Ramie Blended Fabrics. This process make a good use of the relationship of reactive dye's activity with dyeing temperature, PH value and the dose of salt based on alkali dyeing of disperse dye, and realize real disperse/reactive dyes one-bath one-Stage dyeing process.
