摘要

Jida 4 well is a key scientific ultra deep exploratory well deployed abroad by CNPC with a design depth of 6350m and a final depth of 6596m. Its drilling exploration is of great difficulty due to the impact of high tempera ture, high pressure, high salt content, and sophisticated geological conditions. The ROP can be enhanced through optimization of the well structure, drilling bits, and assemblies to save on the drilling cycle; borehole cleanness and down hole security are achieved with an undersaturated salt water drilling fluid of salt resistance and high tempera ture resistance through independent R&D; the density is up to 2. 50g/cm3 and the high temperature resistance ca pacity up to 180℃. A safe deep -well cementing is realized through the application research of cement slurry sys tems of super high density. Successful drilling exploration of the well lays a foundation for the exploratory develop ment of Fergana Basin.
