The making of traditional Kirean philosophies

I am hesitant whenever I am approached any foreigners or koreans to deliver a leture on "characteristics, diversities, and similarities of Asian culture or Korean philosophy, because I am not capable of handling such an awesome task of encapsuling asian culture in an hour or two. Besises I cannot dare to represent Asian cultural traditions, for I have been diong some research in one minor corner of Korean buddhism only. You may take my initiatory apology as a typical example of the so-called oriental humility. But my apology is genuine.
