Cybernetic Management and Virtual Dynamics

摘要

In oure current studies on Cyberspace and Social Theory we attempt to theorize the avaliable obserations on digital technologies, cyberspace and virtual realities in a way the gained knowlede could be applied to controlling socio-economic systems. Avatars, indirect communication, pseudoscience masquerading, simulatin and pseudoreality have become keywords which requirea distinctive definition and application to the human time-space oriented social reality. Cyberspace worlds raise a catalogue of questions on the organizational multilevel hierarchy of human beings. An individual's consciousness and capability to memorize is challengen by digital immortality. Human memory is not anymore identical and in synchronicity with its digital storage capacities. Thus one and the same phenomenon is subjected to different ontological layers of perception. We as finite human beings, strive to recognize the umbrella system. Systems sciences are challenged to provide the analytical tools for complex problem solving, i.e. survival in a more and more abstract scenario. THis paper shall evaluate the possibilities that are offered by cybernetic management as a globalized methd of networking in the mind age and controlling an organization's functions.
